We received the first donation for the campaign “The Big Exchange – exchange your lev coins for green causes”. Veselina Gercheva, a teacher at the St. Nicholas the Wonderworker Maritime High School in Varna, brought a kilogram of coins during our traditional Green Friday, as well as nearly 30 kg of paper for recycling for the “Leaf by Leaf” campaign. Ms. Gercheva and her students are regular participants in our environmental initiatives. Ms. Gercheva and her students are regular participants in our environmental initiatives. Last year, they took part in a series of lectures on the conservation of wetlands on the Northern Black Sea coast – “The Unknown Paradise”, and then in our initiative “Return a perfume bottle – get a book”.
