“If you want to do something for the rest of your life, do it every day!” This is the maxim followed by the famous personal trainer, teacher, entrepreneur, visionary, biohacking expert and epigenetic coach Doychin Kershovsky. Lack of time is just an excuse, says Doychin, who does squats every morning while brushing his teeth. For the first time in front of a Varna audience in a live podcast, Kershovski presented his latest book “Eat” during a discussion “Environment and Health”. The meeting was organized by the Public Center for Environment and Sustainable Development within the
“Varna-Sea” festival.

“I Eat” is the fourth book in the “This Book Doesn’t Matter” series on the five fundamentals of health: breath, sleep, movement, nutrition and mindfulness. The author explains the importance of each of these basics and why they are key to our health, longevity, self-esteem and performance. Despite the complexity of the topic, small changes in these areas can lead to big long-term benefits, comments Deutschin.
In Eat, Kershovsky reveals the principles of healthy eating. The book focuses on the importance of nutrition and provides practical tips for optimizing eating habits. The author discusses various aspects of nutrition, including the importance of chewing, swallowing, digestion, and nutrient absorption. Emphasizes the importance of mindful eating and how slow eating and long chewing can improve digestion and reduce the risk of overeating. The book introduces the concept of biohacking, which is based on action and exercise, environment and supplementation to improve health and performance. The importance of micronutrients and macronutrients is discussed, as well as the role of water and hydration. The author also discusses the benefits of intermittent fasting and autophagy as methods of optimizing health. “Yam” provides numerous biohacks and methodologies that can be applied to improve  nutrition and general health. The book is written to motivate the reader to take action and realize the importance of constant and consistent efforts in taking care of one’s health.
Deutchin offers tips and principles for designing a personalized regimen to meet each person’s individual needs and goals. The book also includes case studies of people with different goals – weight loss, building muscle mass and longevity. These examples illustrate how different strategies and biohacks can be tailored to individual needs and how the results achieved can improve quality of life. These real-life stories serve as an inspiration and practical guide for readers, showing them how to apply what they have learned to
practice and achieve their health goals.
