The virtual forest of the “Leaf by Leaf” mission of the Public Center for Environment and Sustainable Development has grown by seven hectares. This was made possible thanks to 110 offices, companies, schools, kindergartens, and families that joined the campaign in 2025. Through joint efforts, 41,879 kilograms of waste paper were collected and sent for recycling. This means that 725 trees were saved from being cut down, which would otherwise have been used for the paper industry. Together with them, the total for the last 25 years is: 1,096,234 kg of recycled paper or 21,606 trees saved. Our virtual forest now covers 216 hectares! These are not just numbers – they represent clean air and a greener future for our children.
Your contribution is important! In the table below, you can check the personal results of your organization or family and see how many trees owe their lives to your efforts.
