While greyhounds are on the streets to demand a change in the political model, the business of importing waste for incineration is still working methodically. The Public Environmental Center for Sustainable Development has detected a new import of waste through the port of Varna West.
The photo has been taken from the docks of the port. Unloaded bales of waste are in blue.
Last Monday we spotted several carriages at Razdelna station. For the first time in years, the wagons were covered with tarpaulins. The attempt to hide the burden is probably the result of the work of the civil sector over the years. At first, no one bothered to compose the cars on the front tracks. We even had a registration of a composition at Varna station. The compositions were then shifted to more distant tracks until they were closed with canvases. If this was acceptable to society, would they try their best to keep it out of our sight?
As an environmental organization, the Public Environmental Center for Sustainable Development is committed to informing the public about environmental problems and to take all possible measures to prevent them.
