Our small homemade bread workshop was held at the Eco-camp in the village of Ezerets, which brought our campers together in a day full of flavours, traditions and delicious experiences. The event was organized to show participants the magic of homemade bread.

Held outdoors, the bread was oven baked. The campers participated in the process of kneading and baking bread.

The most important ingredients were flour, water, yeast and salt, and of course a pinch of love. The secret to good bread lies in patience.
