In 2021, 40659 kg of waste paper was collected and recycled through the Leaf by Leaf Campaign. They were not buried in a landfill or burned in an incinerator, they were put back into the economy. From an environmental point of view, that was 701 trees saved from being cut down, or about four acres of forest. Socially – one hundred and fourteen (114) offices, companies, schools , daycares and families were engaged in solving a significant societal problem such as Pollution. It was another step already twenty-one years. Since its start, the campaign has collected and recycled a total of 932796 kg of waste paper and saved 18794 trees from being cut down. Thanks to everyone for their efforts. In order to be even more successful in our efforts for a sustainable future, remember that we must first and foremost reflect on our consumer behaviour. There is always something to be desired.
